Bakers' Fair

Bakers' Fair is the UK’s leading Autumn exhibition for the progressive and professional independent baker and proprietors of sandwich shops, cafés and coffee shops.
The show is specially designed to encourage the sharing of knowledge, generation of business tips and to showcase new products and recipe ideas, as well as providing a one-stop shop for Christmas planning and one-to-one conversations with key suppliers of ingredients, finished goods, food-to-go solutions, equipment and ancillary items.
Bakers’ Fair is open to anyone who is involved in the purchase and manufacture of baked products, soft drinks, hot beverages and equipment.
